1. Every time I try to export the IC Status Report to file, the program hangs and the message says:

Total: 17054
100% Complete


2. I have noticed that every time an Adagio report is running, the cpu usage is 100%. Is that normal?

1. If you are trying to export to Excel, make sure to use a version of Excel that can handle more than 16000 records - earlier ones such as 2.1 can't.

2. I don't know the answer to that one.

1. You would probably be better off using GridView to export records to Excel.

2. Yes - the CPU usage goes to 100%, but the report printing program is frequently relinquishing control to Windows so if any other applications have anything else to do, they will get as much CPU time as they need.
