If I print an Invoice to a printer or PDF I am able to get the Underline to print. If I email the same invoice, using the same specification, and go to the Softmail folder and print the PDF generated during the Email ->> Queue, I get no underlining. I noticed this 4-5 months ago but could not isolate the problem to the specific act of Emailing(Queuing). I just tested and the same problem exists in AR statements.
I can provide a sample PDF file that contains both images. I only have 1 specification and so they should be identical. The Font is Arial Bold & Underline & various Font sizes. I also noticed that the line drawing is different. I am using Acrobat 6.0 when I generate a file, maybe you have implemented a different interface which doesn't support the full set of fonts (I'm not sure I know what I am talking about here, but that is what it feels like). When I print to a PDF, it looks identical to a printed/preview image; the underlines are in the correct place. I also think the "line drawing" appears to be different.
I am also willing to provide a sample database if need be. This should be easy enough to reproduce.
