If you have been given access in User security, you are able to edit the grid and add other fields such as Reference to it. To do this, display the grid you described. Double click on any column heading (eg. the column title App). This displays the Column Editor. Scroll to find the field you want to add, highlight it and click on the right arrow to add it to the list of Selected fields on the right. Use the Up and Down buttons to position the new field where you want it among the other fields.
When you click OK, you'll return to the grid and see the new field as a new column on the grid.
