We have three locations using one data base. When we enter a new inventory item into one location, I would like it available at all three locations every time. This is not currently happening. All new items are only available at the location they were entered into. How do I make this a constant? I looked in Profile in Inventory, and there is a toggle there called "Allow items at all locations" and there is a check mark in that box.

What further do we need to do?

Essentially, checking the Allow items at all locations in the Profile is all you have to do. Checking this box simply makes the items available to be received/transferred/shipped/etc to any and all locations.

To actually see the stock at a particular location, you might first receive it to Loc1, then transfer some of it to Loc2 and some more of it to Loc3.

The way to look at it is a new item is available at all locations as soon as it is added but will not actually appear to be at a location until some transaction occurs at that location.
