After running the dayend reports from OrderEntry version 8.0A yesterday evening, 16th March, I expected to be able to use "maintenance" in Sales Analysis Version 8.0A to "retrieve sales data from Order entry" (which is our usual procedure), but today, 17th March when i tried to retrieve the data I got this message: "nothing to retrieve" and I noticed the "View/print Sales Satistics" shows sales up to Wednesday, 15th March only.

I cannot retrieve sales for Thursday 16th March in Sales Analysis.

Please help.

I cannot retrieve sales for Thursday 11th March in Sales Analysis.

I have checked and the invoice & credit note audit lists was purged yesterday.

Hi Ruth,

In OrderEntry, Select Order Entry | Print Invoice/Credit Note Audit List and see if anything is there to print. If there is, then the audit lists were not purged after they were printed. It's the most common reason for there being nothing to retrieve in SalesAnalysis.
