Why would the description print into the unit cost column if my description box only fills the description column? Also how can I give her the flexibility to print 7 lines of text for description?

Arfe we talking about Adagio Invoices? If so, then edit the spec and change the properties of the description field has "Auto size field" turned off in its properties.
