When trying to do a NSF cheque I get the message Ck# 123 is not on file and cannot be reversed. I do not understand as I can view the cheque within the deposit. I can also clear the cheque.

When you NSF a cheque in BankRec, it wants to re-instate the invoice that the cheque paid. If this invoice has been purged from Receivables, then BankRec does not know what accounting entries to make. They must be done manually.
