My assistant has been having trouble with the timesheet entry in TB.

In our company, the docket number is more important than the client name. When she enters the time, she enters the docket number. The client name pops up.

Unfortunately, the rate is either not there or wrong so she has to manually adjust the rates.

Needless to say, this is not too convenient!

We aren't aware of any problems with Time entry and rate selection.

What is the Rate Source and Rate Application defined on the Docket?
Is the timesheet entry being done in a batch or via TimeKeeper?
Can you describe the steps for selecting the customer and docket code, including whether values are typed in or selected from the finder? Something like "I type in the docket code and the select the customer from the finder" or "I type in the docket code and then back tab to the customer and type it in".

Timesheet entry is by batch.

She types in the docket code, then clicks on the magnifying glass beside the client box, accepts the client.
