Retrieved data from QB 2006, into Adigio FX, however the classes/departments did not come over.

Could this be because the classes in QB are alpha and ADiago requires numeric ?

Any workaround?

What version of Adagio FX are you using?

Some older versions of the program did not retrieve the QuickBooks classes correctly - make sure you have the very most recent upgrade, released about a week ago.

I am using Adagio FX 8.0E(060306).

That is the problem - this is a known problem with the QB2006 database with retrieving Classes as Departments. When version 80F (upgrade) is released (it should be any day now) then this should be fixed.
