I have a client who is trying to change the GST rate. After doing the Day End process in OE, they are still getting the warning that changes cannot be saved until Day End has been completed. Is there a file I can delete?

How about printing and purging the Tax Summary and Tax Tracking reports? These steps are also necessary before you can edit and save changes to the Tax Tables for the new tax rate.

Hi - These have been done as well. No error message comes up for those, but when I had the client print them off to make sure they were purged, there was still information in the reports. Could there be a problem in the files not purging, even the message says they have been?

Check AR Profile to see whether OE or IN tax tables have been selected. If IN switch to OE.
