Hello all,

I have a mystery in one of my companies. When using Financial Reporter and viewing account data I am only seeing a partial list. This is only happening in the one company - all the others show the entire list when viewing account data. Is there any way to fix this?

The reports still work, but dragging is a drag because what I want to drag isn't there. Thoughts?

Hi Sandra,

One possible solution is to delete the $%$%$%$%.DAT file from your data directory when you are out of Adagio. This file is particular to the Financial Reporter and if it gets corrupted, it can effect how the contents of the View windows display their information.

It may be that your Account Group window has incomplete information as well, due to either something corrupting in this file or just simply being deleted.

Thank you Softrak Tech Support for the suggestion. The guilty file was "Glatree.dat", which rebuilt itself correctly after being renamed. So one less irritation - YEA!!
