When I am in accounts payable and select "Payments", "Print Cheque Reconciliation" and "Print", I receive the message "Cannot open file APRH0002.XXX" where XXX is the company extension. So I am unable to preview or print any of the cheque reconciliation items. When I look in the data base, file "APRH0002" does not exist. The only thing that happened between this morning (when it was printing) and now is that a demo version of Adagio's new job cost module was loaded onto my computer. Any ideas?

Hi Barry,

Many reports in Adagio utilize temporary files, which are copied to the local Windows temporary directory. We have seen some report printing issues solved by clearing out your Windows 'temp' folder. This doesn't have any relationship to the install of Adagio JobCost.

If you have installed Adagio JobCost, did you install it to the same location as the rest of your Adagio? And if so, are you running either Inventory or OrderEntry or Invoices? We are aware of a dictionary file that Adagio JobCost installs that it shouldn't (@I61BR) found in the \softrak\dict directory. If you have this file but not it's matching file (@I61BI) then it is safe for you to remove it - we would recommend moving it rather than deleting it.
