A client is having problems with their Order Entry. When entering an order, they are not able to add a second line item. When finishing the first line item, the target window dims and freezes. They have to exit Order Entry program, then edit the order to add items. They are running A+ order entry on some workstations. This is only occasional and there doesn?t seem to be any consistency in when the problem occurs. I?m wondering if pointing to the user & currency files in the asp directory versus Softrak\system directory could have anything to do with it. I have installed all the current Adagio service packs. Any suggestion as to what I can do to resolve this issue? All other Adagio programs work fine.
