I'm using adagio ledger 6.6A with Quik Check plus for windows 6.1B.

when i'm in QC to process a check, i enter the account number 536 and "down key" on the finder to access account 536 and to select its department, but the finder takes me to account 623 and its range of accounts. i have to page up a few times to get to 536 and its departments, assistance to why is this happening? in the past, when i entered acct 536 and used the finder, it took me directly to 536 and its department selection. please help

Something has changed, as these version numbers are from several years back.

Hmmmmmmm, you buy a companies products, then you receive sarcasm about your versions, rather than constructive assistance........i wonder if accpac for windows does this to there clients????

No sarcasm was intended, and the observation is legitimate. If this used to work, then something has changed in the installation. Letting us know would enable us to provide some guidance as to the possible solution. By "in the past", do you mean in DOS?
