Hi Suresh
There is no option to Export Customers in MS Exchange format from the main Export option in Receivables - you must be trying to export one of the reports from the preview screen (or print destination - screen) to an MS Exchange folder?
This option is there to export the report itself into these types of folders - it will not extract specific fields from the report and put them into your contact database.
You must have a folder and/or Address Book setup (i.e. already existing) on your local drive before this will be possible. The procedure is simple by following the prompts and selecting which folder you want the report to be exported to. It will be exported in the file format you have chosen. You can then open the report by going to that folder and double-clicking on it, as you would any other mail item.
I do not think this is what you are trying to do though.
Using Adagio's Export option, you can select the Customer information you need and export the file in the format required by MS Exchange (whatever that is).
I cannot instruct you on how to import Contacts into MS Exchange, however, if it is similar to Outlook, there is an Import and Export Wizard that once selected, will guide you through the process. It may require fields to be in a particular order, so I would test this out first, before creating your Adagio Export template.
I don't see why this would not work - let us know how it goes!
