I have TBR 6.6A and Adagio Payables 6.8.0.24 installed on Windows NT standalone.

Payables does not recognize TBR. I get an error message telling me that TBR is not completely installed and that I should reinstall.

This is not an appealing option.

TBR works fine with AccPac Payables for DOS.

Adagio Payables is not compatible with TBR DOS 6.6A. The option in the Adagio Payables' Company Profile is 'reserved' for the Adagio Time&Billing module's release.

Could you tell me at what point exactly you are getting this message?

The first time I tried to tick off the "Interface with TB" box, I got an error message telling me that all batches had to be posted and printed. I did that.

The next time I tried to tick off the "Interface with TB" box, I got an error message telling me that the installation was incomplete.

As for compatibility, someone else in your technical department is telling me that Adagio Payables is compatible and that I should reinstall TBR.

I bought the Suite in November expecting to be able to use it soon. When will T&B be ready to ship?

R&D is currently working extremely hard and is focused almost entirely on the goal of getting Adagio Time&Billing released. We are hoping this will be very soon (within the next few weeks).

Don Wise, your Softrak Business Partner, was at our annual conference last week. We gave the conference attendees the final beta of Time&Billing, with updated builds of Payables and Receivables. While we have one or two issues left to deal with before the product ships, I believe that this is very close to the final product build. You might want to contact Don to take a look, and verify that the data conversion works properly on your database.

I understand the frustration in the delays you've had to suffer over the release of Adagio Time&Billing, it certainly hasn't been from our own choosing ! We have committed to making sure that Time&Billing is the next product we ship, and are working hard to that end.
