The Fixed Assets was purchased from Total Computer Solutions to be used with Accpac Plus Windowing System Manager. The F/A was upgraded to version 6.2 back in 1999 to comply with the Y2K issues. When printing F/A year end ledgers the system gives an error message that reads “ No Data Found” . We think the two digit year is causing this error message. We now have to print two separate reports. The first report has all the data up to 1999 and the second report has the 2000 onward.

Please advise how to combine the year end reports.

I suggest that you update to the current version FX 65A (010330).
These are some of the Enhancements and Fixes in FX 6.5A (010330:
- Input date fields now use the 4 digit year format.
- For 12 period datasets the top right corner of the screen now has the 3 character month rather than a 2 digit fiscal period. This makes it obvious when you last depreciated your assets.
- Period End allows you to set the date for the G/L transactions generated.
