Is it possible to set up users and groups once, rather than in each module?

Also, when there is a PTF update to a module, does one have to re-install the workstation components on each computer or just centrally apply the update?

You only have to set up Users once in Adagio, however, Groups must be setup for each module within that application. This is in part because each Adagio application has different menu options that are available to access or not when you setup a new Group.

Regarding PTFs - whether or not a workstation setup must be redone depends on what the specific ptf addresses. However, it would be safe to say that in most cases, you do not have to redo the workstation setup process after installing a ptf. Information on this is included in the application's Release Notes for that ptf.

Actual Upgrades to the program do require that you redo the workstation setup process.
