The error 533 is a 'generic' error message that is related to the printing functions. Have you installed any other products recently that uses Crystal Reports? This may be interfering with the report you are trying to print from Quik Check.
I would suggest reinstalling Quik Check so that the reporting files are correct. Make sure that you have full read/write rights to the drive(s) you are installing to. Also make sure if you install to a network that you run the workstation setup function on each station that will access Quik Check.
