I recently upgrade my WSM 6.5 to WSM 7.0.
It seems like all all my reports are not working properly. The sorting part is most affected by this change.

Do I need to upgrade my quik report 6.5 (again) ?

Yes, if you do not have Quik Reports 6.5A revision 990428, then you will need the upgrade. Alternatively, your Dealer can download the PTF 990413 from our website for you that deals with the WSM 7 AND issues with Novell.

I have looked you up in our system, and you are on a current upgrade plan for QR. We have held back on shipping the 990428 release as there is another major revision coming up soon. We can ship you the 990428 at your request to our Customer Service Dept, or you can contact your local Softrak Partner (shown as BurCom Consulting) and they will be happy to download the upgrade for you OR the PTF and this will solve your sorting problems.
