Archive Year – I have a client that has tons of documents over many years, especially under the Vendors .
We have never yet run the Archive Year.
Would it be a Best Practice to run this feature?
And if so, how would this benefit us?

One benefit would be that it creates folders for the archived years so that you would have a smaller current folder to zip if you needed to send those documents to an auditor for example.
They can get quite large.
