Hi Support,

Trying to install a Ledger upgrade on a standalone machine and it continually hangs on this one point:

Current File
Copying\...\system\CR_InstallCommon\Setup_ODBCV3DLLs.exe

It just hangs on this point. Tried removing the Ledger to do a clean install and the new install still hangs on this point.

Not sure if AV?

Thanks for bringing this to our notice, Please disable the antivirus and windows defender firewall and give a try. If that not works, Please let us know your availability. So that We'll have a zoom call and we will remote in to your machine and check.

Ask IT to temporarily disable the AV software. For me, that's always been the cause when an installation stalls out at the same point without an error message,

Thanks Support and Bruce. All appears to be good. They disabled both AV and the windows defender firewall and all appears to be good.
