Does anyone have any history/experience using SAP Concur integrated with Adagio for accounts payable automation?

No but we have had great experience with an alternative product called Expense Point (from Winnipeg) and is an equally large expense report solution. We have installed into several very large sites with rave reviews by the clients (for Expense Point).
Expense Point is a direct competitor to Concur.
