One of my clients sent me the following:

First user to access Financial Reporter, gets to use “maintain” financial reports, and any users after first one, have access to “print” only.
(The two users are accessing different statements.)

I'm pretty sure this is just how the Financial Reporter works. First person in gets to be in edit mode, all additional users can only access in print mode, regardless of what statement they are opening. Maybe there has been a change that I have missed, that allows multiple users to be in as maintain mode as long as they are using different statements. But I'm pretty sure the Maintain/Print mode is decided before you even open a statement, so I'm not sure how they would police that. This limitation is only within the dataset, so if they are in different companies you can have multiple users in under maintain, same dataset only one edit user.

Hello Lauren,

Financial Reporter will allow multiple users into Maintain mode at the same time. However, on a single station, you cannot have multiple sessions of it open.
