Tring to create an EFT and getting the following message "Error 4104 occurred when attempting to append record to Temp Precheck Register" Did data check and it created multiple errors which have been rebuilt but still getting same issue. Any suggestions?

You could try manually deleting your temp precheck files. I'm assuming, you don't have some other check run in progress. AP will recreate them on startup. There are two files: APTRUN'I and APTRUN'R in your data folder. If that doesn't solve the problem, it's likely the EFT process writing the records to that file.
