After sending the following to my clients it was suggested that I should share this with the Adagio community at large:
Yesterday the developer of Adagio sent out an “Adagio KeyNotes” to all Adagio end users. The first item announces a “Prior Version Promotion”.
Regrettably, between a poor choice of words and the fact that this communication wasn’t sent to just it’s intended target audience, many recipients of this weeks “Adagio KeyNotes” have misinterpreted the intent of this promotional offer.
The intended audience for this promotion are those Adagio users who have been off Adagio upgrade plans for many years. “Prior Version Upgrade” is a term normally only used in communications with end users who have been off Adagio Upgrade plans for many years and who are looking to purchase the current versions of Adagio.
The price for a “Prior Version Upgrade” is 80% of the Suggested Retail Price for a new purchase. The offer of buy 4 and get the 5th free is an inducement to encourage the intended audience to purchase the current versions of Adagio during the promotion period.
Please accept my apologies for any confusion this communication may have caused you. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact your Adagio dealer.
