Hello all,
Hope everyone is safe with everything going on currently.
I've had this error in the past, and the typical recommendation from other forum posts and one/all of restarting the NovaPDF service, restarting the system, and or uninstalling/reinstalling the Adagio PDF driver has resolved it. Not this time.
This is a Server 2016 RDP environment and I can't seem to shake the error. Numerous reboots, uninstall/reinstall attempts (some forced as administrator, some not to see if a different result would surface), installed any O/S windows updates, reboots again and still the error lingers. With more and more users moving offsite at the moment EPrint is becoming even more essential. I suspected maybe a user rights issue on the Reports folder, but this is occuring across 12 datasets within a community, within all modules, and started on Monday out of the blue.
Does anyone have any ideas on something else to try?
Thank you.

Hi, Jesse, Here's a link to another thread where this error started occurring after Windows updates and what the dealer whose site experienced it did: https://portal.softrak.com/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php/topics/61580#Post61580 Jesse, is the site using AdagioPDF and AdagioV2PDF only? Or, are they also using AdagioV3PDF (installed by both AP9.3B and IC9.3A)? If so, you might need to uninstall and install that driver fully again.

Thanks Support, This site is only using Adagio PDF and V2, we haven't rolled out AP 9.3B yet. I did try installing the V3 driver as well to see if that'd change anything for me (and uninstalled, and reinstalled, and uninstalled ). I've tried everything in that thread, ironically except for my own suggestion of setting the service to delayed start. Tried everything else, might give that a go here. I'll update with how I make out.

Hi Jesse:
Let's try a different approach. What changed between Friday and Monday?
Did IT make any changes to allow users to work remotely more easily? Was there an anti-virus update? Were any permissions changed? Any Adagio service packs installed?
