This was suppose to help with entry of orders but it doesn't for me! . There is a flaw in the logic. The change when entering items on order to default to 1 instead of 0 when entered to help with speeding up the process (not having to enter 1 if that is what is being entered) also puts the 1 in backordered. The problem is that we have all our orders set up to default shipped and not backordered. The 1 comes up as backordered automatically and you are forced to tab down and set the quantity shipped to 1. The company profile is set to automatically set the quantity shipped to the quantity ordered but it only works if you put more than 1 in the quantity ordered field. The program should take into account that the company profile is set and put 1 in the shipped automatically. This is actually adding time to every order instead of helping. I’ll have a mutiny on my hands if I can't get this corrected soon. This is service pack 9.3A (190408)
