Good morning.
Before converting our SoftPDF data to DocStore, does anyone have an approximate time that it takes? From watching the video, it says it depends on the number of files that are to be converted. We have approx 18,000 files, would this take 10 minutes or 3 hours? Is there anyone that has done this process that can give a time frame?

Hi Liz,

It can depend on the system resources. I had a site with about 10,000 files that took 2 hours. But they may have a slower system than yours. I can't be sure. But at the very least, I would expect it to take an hour or more. If it's faster you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Softrak support may have a better answer, but they're 3 hours behind us.
