Hi there,

We've been experiencing something unusual lately in Order Entry, where certain orders' "Order Type" in the Header tab have changed from "Active Order" to "Standing Order". It appears to be random. It is difficult to tell how often this has happened, but we've had a handful of instances over the past few weeks. Has this happened to anyone else? Is it simply user error?

We are running OrderEntry 9.2A (160707).

Thanks!

I have never encountered that issue before.

Adagio logs lots of activity, including changes to sales orders (who/when/what). It's recorded in a text file called SDAPPLOG.xxx where xxx is your data extension. The file is in the data folder. It's a hard file to read using Notepad, but it can be done. It's a much easier file to read if you have GridView and know how to use it.

And if you were using OrderEntry 9.3A, the file is directly readable from Adagio OrderEntry itself.

That's where I would start.

Steve

Hi Acrylon,

You can use the Order Log report to see who has been making changes on orders. Switching an order from active to standing is one of the features it tracks. It can be found Reports| Order Reports | Order Log.

Thank you both! Using a combination both your methods, I was able to determine when the change was made, and from which user account. Looks like it was user error after all!
