arghhhh! I'm having all the problems... so every time I print a report from the financial reporter it crashes.
why would hitting print cause a crash? ps. same result with a physical printer or a pdf printer....

There were significant Windows updates release last night. Power down all your machines and start them up again from scratch. Sometimes this is necessary to get the patches to complete their install.

Yes Warren, exactly that... although I've read the thread and can't quite see what the fix is... other user profiles don't have the problem so it sounds like I have to delete myself and start again, but I'm reluctant to do that until i'm sure it's the fix because I just know it'll be a pita to recreate myself.

I might try powering down, waiting 30 seconds, and then powering up all the computers before re-creating any users.

Still, recreating users has often solved "odd behaviour" in Adagio, especially when it is restricted to just one user on the network.

I'm assuming if I do this that I'll have to re-set up all the user preferences and that I'll lose all my sticky stuff like how things display?
I'm trying to budget how much time I'll need to complete this hack before I try it...

Warren and I are referring to re-creating the WIndows user, not the Adagio user.
