In the invoice module, I am having problems with some invoices not accepting a two decimal amount on an item code, in the item price cell. I am using the same item for multiple invoices, different customers and manually typing in the amount. The customer has an amount of $672.22, but it doesn't show the second 2, and will only save it as $672.20.

To confirm, you are using Adagio Invoices rather than Adagio OrderEntry? Which version?

Are you entering items from Adagio Inventory, or those defined directly within Adagio Invoices? This make a difference as the setup and use are different between these item sources.

For all items or just this one or some? This helps to decide if it's related to the data or the system.

Though it is possible to affect the decimals for the quantity in items defined in Adagio Invoices, it is not possible to affect the decimals or rounding for the amounts. Amounts are entered and saved to 2 decimals.

The only think I can think of is that you are using Inventory items, and the item is set up to round to the nearest 5 or 10 cents. This would be configured in Adagio Inventory 'Alternate Price List Items', which can be edited directly in Adagio Invoices from the Edit menu.

Barring that, you probably should be in contact with your Adagio consultant for closer assistance.
