Hello,

I am trying to create a gridview report that totals certain categories by salesperson.
The columns I need are:

SalesPerson, (Cat 951+952), (Cat 953,954)

Is this possible to combine different categories on the same line?
I tried using calculated columns to check if the category is one of the two options and add the Amt but when I summarize by SP the calculated columns are not summarized.

Any help would be much appreciated.

If you right-click on the title of the calculated column(s), is there a check-mark on "Display Total"? You need a check-mark there to see the totals in when subsequently summarize the View.
