We run this report monthly on certain customers, and since the last update (I ran it a couple months ago) the data is no longer correct. Part numbers are being omitted from this report, and I am not sure why. I created an inquiry in SA with the same data this report displays, and that contains all sales for the month. This allows me to see what is being omitted, but I have not been able to figure out why.

Which version of SalesAnalysis are you using? The last update of SalesAnalysis was (150527).

If you do not put a filter on the customers or the items, do the part number show?

If they do, is there something unusual about the item numbers that are not being included?

I am on version 150527

When I run an online inquiry of the same data, the description of these parts is listed as not found. I am not sure why this happens, as the parts have a description.

How many segments in your item code?

Do you type the dash, or does the program supply it?

It appears that the problem corrected itself this month, although it persisted for several months. I will keep you posted.
