I would like to restore my data from my gl and ap from yesterday. What files should I tell my technical support people to restore so that this can happen

You'll need to know the folder name of your data and the data extension, the defaults are C:\Softrak\Data and DAT.

GL files are those files in that folder with that extension which start with the letters GL, AP are those which start with AP. There may be more than a hundred.

I would strongly recommend moving the existing GL and AP files out of the way first, and only deleting them once you are sure the restore worked.
