Good afternoon,

I'm trying to preview/print the Item Valuation Report in IC. I keep getting a error pop up that says "Cannot open file "T:\SOFTRAK\DATA\ICKC0099.TEA". The system cannot find the specified file."

The number in the file path will change (I noticed it as ICKC0099 and ICKC0103). I'm not sure why I'm getting this error or how to fix it.

Hi Samantha:

There is a Hot Fix that will almost certainly solve that problem. Contact your dealer and they will install it for you.

Installed Hot Fix and the issue is resolved.
