We have had an odd inventory issue. Our bookkeeper ran end of month and end of year last night and this morning we noticed in some cases the sales from last year are 0.00. From what it appears, we continue to show that there were sales for each period but the Units Sold LY is zero.

I have reports that initially when the bookkeeper started up the inventory none of the Unit Sold LY. When he reset the the display columns for his Item Maintenance, he got some of the data display.

So now we have some inventory show no last year info and some that does. Is there a way to rebuild that will help us repopulate those fields?

or since there is 3rd party software, a long standing bug?

I await your email, but I do want to point out that, almost always, the statistics need to be rebuilt because the user forgot to run Period End or Year End at the right time, or ran it twice in a row by mistake. I don't know of any bug regarding this function.
