Can this workstation print/preview reports using a printer driver other that AdagioPDF or the ePrint method? Just to consider whether ePrint is actually the problem, or if it is the new way that Standard Reports work in Adagio 9.2 with the updated Crystal and the ODBC connection.
Is the AdagioPDF printer driver installed on this workstation? It should be from any Adagio workstation setup. You can select this driver for printing, rather than clicking the red eP button, as an alternate way to create a PDF. If this driver does not exist in the Windows list of printers, that certainly would be a problem for ePrint. But that would affect OE or other pre-92 apps as well.
We are not aware of any problems with ePrinted PDFs crashing on creation, for 9.2 programs for anything else. As this is only happening for one workstation, it leads me to believe that there is some workstation rights or other problem. You may want to run ChkSys.exe from this workstation and also the System Snapshot for investigating what may or may not have installed correctly for Adagio on the workstation.
