printed have shrunk for some reason. Sometimes if I play long enough with the properties I can get them to print on full page. Could be my printer is old? Or am I missing something.

Has your hardware/software changed?

We had this happen just recently when one of my clients only now upgraded their workstations from XP to Win 7.

Their are a number of settings that have to be set on the Win 7 workstation. Otherwise, the documents no longer align as in the past.

Almost definitely it is your screen resolution that needs to be adjusted. Print out this document and follow the instructions:
