Hello,

I have been sending my customers through Adagio e-mail for some time now and it has worked perfectly.

I went to e-mail my invoices last Monday and I realized that it is no longer working.
I have no done any updates to my computer, email, or adagio software.

I have checked all the setting in the "email setup" and everything is as was...Direct, port 25, etc.

I clued in as I was not getting any receipts back and I usually do.

I have tried sending an invoice from the queue and it shows that the e-mail has been sent by saying confirmed, but it is not being delivered. I have tried many different e-mails.

Has anyone else had this problem? Is there something that changed I am not aware of?

Please help!?!?!?!

Hello Megan,

Something has changed, whether or not you know what it is. Perhaps your email service provider has changed their login procedure or password. Are you using MAPI or direct sending for emails? Have you recently upgraded Office or Windows?

This is really a Technical Support question so I will move your post there. You may need to have an Adagio Consultant help you troubleshoot what might be the problem.

Something has changed.

Did you download and install any Microsoft updates (this might be setup to happen in the background)?

We are finding the ISP's are now requiring external generators of emails (aka Adagio Invoices) to require authentication and a change in port numbers. Also auto generated emails are getting blocked as spam more often. Check with your email provider.

As a test, try changing the Adagio email setup to MAPI.

Other than that, this is a difficult problem to troubleshoot over the forum.
