By "cannot access", do you mean you cannot create a shortcut to the programs, or the programs fail to launch, or you can't "see" the programs, or the programs can't "see" the data? Is this a new computer recently added to the network or a new user added to an existing computer or an old problem that has just become annoying enough to complain about?
This is going to be difficult to troubleshoot over the Forum. You may want to contact your Adagio Consultant who is familiar with your setup for a quick conversation.
