I've done several upgrades so I know the process. Today I am trying to install Adagio Ledger 9.1A (2014.02.21) I have the email with the info and I've downloaded the file. The password supplied in the email does not work. The file downloaded is AL4P20140221.EXE and appears to be the correct one. Any thoughts on how I resolve this?

You're timing is impeccable! We just release Adagio Ledger V9.2A (you should be seeing the Upgrade Notice shortly if it hasn't already arrived). If you check the page now, you'll see the new version listed.

We're excited by the new features, so perhaps you'll decide to skip 9.1A and go directly to 9.2A.
