The error on its own generally refers to network problems; however, if the site is using TS and both the Adagio programs and the data are stored on the same TS they are logging onto, that wouldn't be the case.
If the Adagio programs and the data are stored on the same TS they are logging into, make sure they are using the SUBST command rather than NET USE to map the Adagio drives.
If the Adagio programs are stored on a server and they are a logging into a different TS which is acting as a glorified w/s, it's possible there are network problems.
In either case, they should make sure they are using the SUBST command rather than NET USE.
