Hello,

Last night I updated all landpacks and Gridview to 9.2A. I also installed the service packs for Order Entry 8.1F, Purchase Orders 8.1D and Sales Analysis 9.1A.

Since these updates, gridview fails to launch from any of the other modules. This includes both the adagio menu in the task bar and the views bar in Order Entry.

I can open Gridview from it's link in the start menu and desktop icon, however, I do not have any permissions to create or edit any views or work spaces.

Please advise as we require gridview for our daily operations.

Hi Chris,

There is a bug in the most recent release of gridview that causes this to happen if the adagio users have passwords that are blank. You can get around it by assigning passwords to the users or by adapting to open your views via shortcuts outside of adagio until the issue is addressed.

Adding the /c parameter to your shortcuts will enable the permission to create and edit views.
