In the AR when I try to upgrade to the old Accpac I get a message that there is an Access Violation at address 00404F32 in module receivables.exe Read Address 00000014.

Could you explain exactly what you are trying to do and what "to the old Accpac" means? What Adagio versions are you installing? What is currently there? What operating system does your computer use?

You may have to ask your dealer for the latest hotfix.

Steve is good at reading between the lines. If you have installed the Receivables module and are trying to upgrade ACCPAC Plus data (or Adagio Receivables 8.1 or older data), then you will need the Hot Fix that Steve refers to.
