I had "clone company" in GL and AR, don't have that option for AP, OE, Inventory or PO. The new company is in the new directory and has different file extension. I need to have the same customer and vendor base as well as the same inventory. Is there any easy or not so easy way to do it? Anna

The clone function is only available in Ledger. There is no easy way for you to do it. I suggest you get your Adagio consultant to do it for you - I always do it for my clients when the situation arises. There are some shortcuts that a qualified Adagio consultant can take that the average user wouldn't know to do.

Anna contacted me directly (we know each other from a prior AOC) and it turns out that she didn't want to clone anything besides Ledger, she really just wanted to copy the dataset intact and change the company name. That is much easier than "cloning" subledgers.

Also worth noting, is that the cloning normally doesn't work on a Multi-Currency Database in AR or GL. Single currency databases are fine, but we have had numerous issues with Multi-Currency data clones.
