When we changed back from HST to GST/PST we have a problem with the tax showing on the invoices. We the customer has GST only it appears correctly but when the customer is being charged PST & GST the PST appears where it read GST on the invoice and the GST appears where it reads PST. We tried changing the titles but because the GST appears correctly when it is GST only that does not work. What is it we have done wrong?? ANY ideas??

If you view one of these invoices through the Inquiries function, do you see the correct amounts for GST and PST? If not, then the problem lies with an incorrect tax table setup. If the amounts are correct when viewing the Totals screen but not on the printed invoice, then the issue lies with the specification having the fields in the wrong place.

The tax table jurisdictions are not set up in a consistent manner. This will require a review of the tax table setup to sort out.

Softrak programmers: would it be possible to add the Jurisdiction description as a code that is accessible in the forms designer?

The OE spec designer already supports Jurisdiction descriptions. They are codes V11-V15, and are found in the Value-added Tax section of fields.
