I would like to create a recurring batch to record insurance costs in AP.
However, when I create the recurring batch (under "maintenance"), Adagio asks me to select an "archive batch name". However, the data field is blank. Where can I find those? or should I make one (like "INS"-insurance)? If so, where can I make one?

Hi Ferris,

To set up an archived batch that you can use later for your recurring batch you need to select "Archive Batch" in the Action field. Put in the name that you want to use for the Archive batch name and select the existing batch that you want to have recurring. Click on Archive and it will ask "Do you want to create archive batch "name" from invoice batch "#"? Click on Yes.

Now when you go to create a recurring batch you will have the option to select the archived batch.
