AFTER INSTALLING ADAGIO LEDGER V9.1A (2013.05.23) UPGRADE.

I AM NO LONGER PROMPTED TO CLEAR POSTING JOURNALS AFTER PRINTING.

IS THERE SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE RESET.

With disk space being free, we don't think you should clear your posting journals until the end of the year.

PS - writing in ALL CAPS is considered YELLING on a Forum, and I doubt that was your intention!

Coincidentally I did a year end last night as my year end is July 31.

Was there something in year end processing that I may have missed, prompting posting journal clearing.

Perhaps, perhaps not.

If there were no posting journals to clear (since you used to clear them after every post), then there would be no prompt.

Next year, you'll see the prompt "Running year end will clear your posting journals. Make sure they have been printed etc...". The year end then deletes the file holding the posting journal information.
