1. There is no field in the alerts to check off for the Purchase Order Module. Is this going to be updated?

2. When closing a job, the system does not recognize that "other charges" (sales tax) is part of the total billings. This is silly and necessitates an extra step to close a job. Will this be changed?

1) I will enter a suggestion to R&D about this for you. Certainly, JobCost 8.1C was released well before PurchaseOrders 8.1C was.

2) Please clarify. Are you referring to the warning that the customers billings exceed the contract price during Close Job maintenance? Are you suggestion that the Other Charges (a) should or (b) should not be included in the total that causes the warning?
